    @revrude You’ve only done 5 exercises since 5 months? You have to do at least 2 to 3 exercise for each muscle group. This routine is simply not exhaustive enough. Bar weight doesn’t matter and no one cares how much weight you can pull or push. What DOES matter is are you making progress? Are...
