    @curlysouffle I didn't swap anything around, but I put my double rest day between day 2 and day 3 to make sure I'm as recovered as possible to get through day 3. And you're right that day 3 is MUCH harder than 1 and 2, that's by design. I'm dreading Monday a bit which will be week 6 day 3 for me.
