    @stephny What helped me more than anything was a high protein/low-ish calorie diet, weight lifting and then sprints and hill intervals. I lost fat so quickly.

    What’s your relationship with alcohol?

    @cdlara381 I drink on occasion, maybe every 3 months, or on holidays or other celebrations. I don’t feel bad about it but it does remind me why I don’t do it all the time. Makes me feel so bad mentally the next day.

    MY STOMACH IS HUGE

    @jackdcat Could it be bloating? I have fibroids and endometriosis and this can cause severe bloating in my stomach.

    @jace151982 Ooh I have a Halloween costume I want to do and my size is similar to yours. I want to do a 12 week plan too.

    @chadgervais I’m 5’2 and wear a size 4 at that weight. Maybe a 6 sometimes. It’s so interesting how different everyone’s bodies are.
