    Those who are 5’0/5’1, what is your goal weight and what are you doing to get there?

    @stephny 5’1, gw 110ish but strong and muscular like I was before kids. I don’t have much weight to lose but finding time to strength train is the real challenge.

    5’0 and under … what’s your treadmill speed for walking?

    @uticus 3mph is a “normal” pace for me. My husband has long legs and he always says he feels like he has to practically walk backwards to go my pace, meanwhile I’m out here huffing and puffing if I try to walk at his leisurely speed.

    @ihavenoname I’ve been watching Real Housewives of Miami. They all have model bodies and wear tiny clothes which is motivating too!

    Petites who has successfully lost those last ~5-10lbs, did it make a significant difference in your body?

    @dassahjoy I don’t feel like it makes a significant difference in my body from what other people notice, but I definitely can tell on myself. I had 2 babies in the last 2 years and people tell me I look the same as before, but my old jeans are still tight on me and I know losing another 10 lbs...

    Finally lost my first 10lbs!

    @regadoo Good for you! What changes did you make (exercises, meals) that helped you lose the weight? I’m also 5’1 and GW is around 110 but I had a baby in late May and pregnancy weight gain was 40 lbs, I’m around 123 right now but progress is sooo slow.
