    @savvy41716 Don’t get me wrong, you’re not big by any means. But 6 kg(13pounds) of pure muscle gain on top of a bad genetics in one year? You delt completely exploded, strength gain through the roof. Don’t know about this one chief.

    @regularposter Actually garbage program, too many exercises and too much volume. 10 exercise for chest?! 3 rounds?! God I hope no one follows this.
