    @wheeler89 Way to go OP! Are you flat footed? If yes, i recommend Brooks GTS versions. They are support and stability shoes.I feel no pains while using brooks. Good for running and walking. Want to achieve 10k everyday? Get a dog. Hahahaha my dog helps me to have automatic 4 to 5k steps daily...
