    @cthelight7 Honestly, I don’t think strength training alone is a particularly effective way to see physical body changes in the average person unless they’re strict with their diet, which I don’t think is sustainable or enjoyable for most people.     @sysop My bf got a theragun, we use it sometimes but not that frequently honestly, just when we are super sore. I personally don’t love it.

    @justin_holmes Strong in a different way: When I started HIIT classes I felt like I was DYING. After going consistently for 4 ish months, I decided to go for a run. I ran 1h15 minutes with ease without stopping. I felt super cool!!
