    @tobyso i agree with going to see a therapist in the short term you can: use bathroom right before workout / dont over hydrate use a depends type pad sounds odd but having a tampon in also helps think about bracing that area while jumping

    @kara1991 as far as team workouts - dont skip....but talk to your teammate about a fair and balanced way to break things up -maybe it means you do less than written on the board (if it's 20 burpees each, you cut your reps to 15 for example) - maybe your teammate wants to do a few more reps...

    @miralha I'm old...4 days a week is good for me , 5 i'm exhausted
