@londonn I already told you I prefer the full 10 grams, homie

@ravensfan So you're referring to strength gains, not size gains?

Is L-Citrulline better than beet juice for vascularity and the appearance of veins?

@londonn I'll never know. 5 grams works well enough though.

Is L-Citrulline better than beet juice for vascularity and the appearance of veins?

@robinwollff I got a better pump lifting taking 10 grams of Citrulline 1/2 hour before pump sets. I'm sharing what I do. YES 3-4 grams works. YES 10 grams works even better than 3-4. WHERE can a recommendation be found to not take more than 3-4 grams?

Is L-Citrulline better than beet juice for vascularity and the appearance of veins?

@robinwollff Pure Citrulline. I don't like the malate form as it strips enamel off the teeth. It's most assuredly not overkill. That's what an efficacious dose looks like.

Is L-Citrulline better than beet juice for vascularity and the appearance of veins?

@michaelkep I got a better pump lifting taking 10 grams of Citrulline 1/2 hour before pump sets. But I 100% got much better vascularity from beet juice nitrate concentrate powder. Pro-Tip: Use both

    Workouts for REALLY weak woman?

@dunamis1990 True, true. Even if you can run comfortably for distance, low-intensity steady-state still has benefits!

    Workouts for REALLY weak woman?

@dianad373 BRISK Walking. The best way to build endurance is with sub-maximal effort. Find a speed you can maintain for at least a half hour. Walk briskly 3x/week.

Honestly feel like the protein numbers that are given regularly are complete bullshit

@shilliane 100 pounds of scale weight: 1 gram per pound of body weight is 100 grams. But if you're 20% body fat, that's 80% LBM, thus only 80 grams of protein. You're still hella fucking wrong here

Does anyone else think that the leg press is a superior quad builder compared to conventional barbell squats?

@jinxy In my humble opinion, I think barbell back squats are barely enough for quad hypertrophy. Squat good and heavy, squat with submaximal volume too; but definitely include leg press.

Honestly feel like the protein numbers that are given regularly are complete bullshit

@bronsontaur 0.7 gram per pound of LBM (not bodyweight) is just fine if you're using a calorie surplus.

@1stbrownhorse 3 minutes between compounds is pretty standard fare. You're golden.

Feeling fatigued in the final 6 weeks before a triathlon - any nutritional or training advice?

@billard Eat more overall, do carb-ups after longer endurance training. Bump up protein too. And more citrus fruits.

    Treadmill workout

@southerner117 I did a 2-hour, incline, load-training session this week; wearing 35 lbs. on my back. Yes, it sucked.

    Treadmill workout

@travisdt I feel like bouncing back-&-forth between the steepness and the briskness keeps it interesting

7 months into lifting, feeling like I'm not doing good enough.

@cleannie You started with a cut, and then moved to maintenance. And now, you've added just 4 pounds in two months? You're not really in surplus yet. 4 pounds is water-weight, and could have been realized in 4 days of a carb-up. You've not really had the opportunity to build muscle in clear...
