    @returner For power: kettlebell throws, kettlebell slams, cleans, snatches. For endurance: AMRAP, HIIT workouts using kettlebell swings, lunges, snatches and carries with 1:1 exercise to rest ratio to start.

    Please help nothing is working

    @rootsrockreggae Need to know more about your workout to make recommendations. What exercises are you doing, in what order, etc. Post and I’ll take a look as will many other helpful people.
