    @gbailey For me it's not so much as to feel a different in my workout but mostly for flexibility. I notice when I don't stress/warm up before working out, I feel very stiff the next day. But that's just me!

    @legendforlife I had no idea about the Stronglift app! I'll have to check it out. Question : I never did weight lifting before, it's been a few months now and I notice it's helped with my weightloss so I love it! I took some advice from a friend but it wasn't too clear on what was better...
