    @mohitraletta You could try one of Natural Hypertrophy's programs. There's a pdf of all his programs here - There are a few 4 day programs in there if you can't do more. Apollonian Physique, Greek God Revamped and Guts program are three off the top of my head.

    My Experience with Brig 20 (long post ahead)

    @kagenonikki Are you sure it wasn't your tris that grew from the skull crushers and tricep pull downs because those back exercises you mentioned don't have any elbow flexion to work the biceps, except for rows but even that doesn't activate them too much?
