    @nb720 I don’t think that’s the case at all. If you’re eating them without oil or butter they are an extremely easy way to get shredded, I eat 3-4 a day. Oatmeal is the food that makes me feel hungry after though so I know what you mean. Try eating one with each meal, sweet, red, gold, purple...

    @depthofinnocence I used this calc and In seeing your maintenance calories should be somewhere between 2500 and 2750 daily, so a refeed week would be eating 3000 calories a day for a week to reset everything...

    @depthofinnocence Eventually your body goes into starvation mode if the deficit is too big. And you need a refeed week to reset cortisol and stuff. The refeed week would be slightly above maintenance by like 250, so start there with a calorie maintenance calculator

    @depthofinnocence This doesn’t feel like enough calories at all for the amount of exercise you are doing. What are your maintenance calories and how many is what you listed above?
