    @johnjohn74 A Ha, yes that's what I'm dealing with, feeling good, doing the right stuff with warmups, stretching etc but during a run or after, my foot aches, or my leg is twingy.     @embemboo So do you alternate days for lifting or do you find doing it the same day makes room for rest days or other exercises?
