    What’s my weak lower body muscle group?

    @tigger69 When I used to struggle with back squats, sumasakit talaga lower back ko. So I started doing reverse hyperextensions. Then gradually worked my way to 225lbs x 8-10. Then I injured my shoulder, hahaha. Had to rest for a few months, balik na ulit ngayon, working my way back again.

    How would you respond?

    @layla17293 Same here, been working out as well, still have gut fat. Alam ko na matagal sya mawawala, dahil kailangan ubusin muna ng katawan natin ibang fats bago yung nasa abdominal area. Pag ako sinabihan ng ganyan, babangain ko yang ng ABS ko ( A Big Stomach). 🤣🤣🤣 Just ignore people...

    Goal: Chubby but muscular

    @extrinsic Nice. Ako naman tumaas blood sugar dahil sa Prothin as per my doc, pero halos same goal lang din pupuntahan ko, Strongman Body. Nasa 110 ang weight ko ngayon, down from 116. Nag Push Pull Legs ako, pero try ko nga tong split mo. Mid section na talaga problema ko. Hirap patunaw beer...

    2 months of weight training

    @almighty100 Ganito din ginagawa ko, 1 year na. Although mabagal progress ko since na injure ko shoulder na nirehabilitate, ngayon balik ulit sa buhat Cardio, Body Weights (Pag nasa shift, since pang gabi ako.), Free Weights pag gising. Prothin, Chicken, Eggs, Fish, less rice more veggies...
