    @khohanguc retired wrestler myself. 44. trained HS for years before GS. trained HS longer than ive trained GS. started off as an RKC. drank all the kool-aid. i can assure you, the athleticism tied to HS is marketing. best of luck on your journey.

    @khohanguc if you want to pursue actual benchmarks (with kettlebells) proven over years and years with thousands of competitors with weight classes and age categories you'll need to venture over to girevoy sport.

    Thoughts on short 20-30 minute workouts 6 days a week?

    @greyknight here is wed & here is thurs this week I lift KBs focused on Girevoy Sport events or practices to get me better for my events (non-training camp) 4 days/week and 2 burpee & row/ski sessions. I'll add in carry's these days too.

    @3eyeswideopen ive done this for years (six 20-30' sessions) but i only use KBs & calisthenics. but its been a great return on my time investment

    @kazzalb Its not. Muscle grows with increasing load, work completed & efficiency of movement. Consistency. Then of course the "little things". Eat better & move heavier loads. Stay off reddit

    @jim_68 this question needs to go die. like youre body recognizes resistance in the form of KB vs BB and refuses to grow when KB used. make good food choice, eat enough, sleep enough and keep adding load.

    @kimgrogg i feel i give a significant amount away on my socials. demo vids, sample sessions, often with details in description. but its important to remember this is a snapshot of what i do as a whole - a piece to a much larger puzzle for a specific goal
