    @grace_mercy I use chewable vitamin d because every time I see the bottle I remember I haven’t had any today, and I can just pop one in my mouth without having to find a cup and water. Which means I’m more likely to stay on top of it.

    @gavreel If I put that line on a physics lab assignment I’d get a C at best. That is not the trend line for that data. It’s off by 15%.

    @mikeb34 The link I provided claims it can be off by more than 20 bpm. It seems to me that the older you get, the odds that it’s the very first time someone cared about your max heart rate has declines considerably.
