    @coppellia my favs are very basic. 1) handstand push-ups 2) straight body pulls( from a hang to inverted hang through a lever) 3) behind the head, wide arm pull ups. The trick to to perform these exercises with perfect form and focus on the squeeze at the end of every movement.
