    @hungry_hungry_hippo My workout time has nothing to do with optimizing my body and everything to do with my schedule and shower time. I get home from school/work, have a protein shake, workout, eat dinner, and then shower. Usually means I'm working at 6-7:30 which is the busiest time at the gym...

    Which workout videos have you enjoyed lately?

    @warpur I randomly stumbled on this full-length pilates class and really enjoyed it. I loved that it came up with both a warm up and a cool down so I could just do the whole thing and feel like I had a "complete" workout. The instructor was very professional and calm without being too "woo-woo"...
