    @aeri20 There's this gym rat in my gym that comes every day at peak hours and still hogs 3 machines at a time supersetting everything. Piece of shit probably already has a couple special places reserved in hell.

    @childofthealmighty 7 days a week? Even elite athletes take a one day break. Yet you're a beginner. One to three workouts a week should be your limit. Your body needs time to recover.

    @bw1 If you don't enjoy cardio, make it enjoyable. Listen to audio books, watch series, play games, etc. If it's a light cardio like walking you can pair it with other activities quite easily. Then, the first few kilos drop the easiest. After that it becomes a drag, but just keep working out...

    @bw1 If you are sure that's the right amount then that looks like you should be in a reasonable deficit. I would still make sure to count everything that you eat. Especially when it comes to snacks. You would be suprised how many calories they can make up.
