    Feeling Stuck. What's wrong?

    @robingood Doing a cut and peaking are 2 different things. After a cut you need about 2 months to fully realize the muscle gains you made while hiding them under fat.

    @dawn16 Yeah I will never understand those dudes. Like why invest time and resources into lifting if you could have much better results by spending some resources into learning how to lift efficiently.

    @sunflower39 It's absolutely fine. Some studies showed it was minimally better to train twice a week but that effect is super small and probably doesn't exist over the long run. Lift the way you enjoy.

    @great_depression Well, I will always argue against Keto but protein is known to release PYY (i.e. it does more than just increase insulin, GYY is more satiety) and the representation of the insulin model is a weak strawman.
