    @fiafabes I train 6 days a week so I can reduce overall intensity per day. Spread the volume more. Caveat is higher frequency but works.

    @jessie101 I do now cus I want saiyan legs. If you watch Jared Feather with Dr Mike on Renaissance Periodization, I reckon I cna achieve that. I got similar potential in regards to calves.

    @jessie101 I dont train arms so my forearms lowkey as big as my upper arm. My calves are also as big as the bottom part of my quad next to knee.

    High bar squat more fatiguing to spinal erectors than low bar squat

    @horation I have rrex arms with hobbit height. Even my lowbar is more upright than some people's high bar. Sometimes I feel bad I have it this good. T.T
