    @karin70 In my experience avoiding eye contact is crucial to getting people to leave you alone in the first place. The minute you make eye contact they have an in to bother you.

    @helpforacause Literal same. I actually hit 150 recently which is my highest weight EVER. How did you get back down to 135?

    Eating more protein when you don't like protein

    @skillz Get protein shakes. You can get these drinks called boost that basically taste like chocolate milk.

    Just watched a large man’s “what I eat in a day” IG real and once again mad at how little we can eat

    @blingey123 Every time I think about working out more or lifting or whatever I just think that I’m gonna have to spend more money on food lol
