    1000 lb club sub 4:30 mile same day - possible?

    @diamonddolljeanette These two metrics aren’t even comparable. I can lift 1300+ but my fastest mile EVER was a 5:50. A 4:30 mile is more comparable to a 1600+ lift total.

    @jared280 I read a study about how if runners substituted half their workouts for CrossFit workouts, their running was just as great and they had added benefits such as strength and muscle growth compared to the control running group.     @jal11180 I got 15. Same boat as you on the HSW. My friend went just before me so I went too tentative on the walks, but it’s the rings that really killed me. Took me over 3 minutes and 4 sets.

    @morgannorth Rings are a weakness of mine. My sets were 6-3-3-3. Got to the rings at 5:30 and finished at 9:12. That’s where the whole body fatigue set in for me.
