@jared280 Anecdotally my body tends to break down when I focus on pure running. I’ve never broken down while doing due to running while doing a combination of run training and CrossFit. This is probably more down to single leg, core and compound lifts rather than my Fran time.
@lovejustice Wrist based HR sensors are okay for running but pretty shit for any workout where the wrist is in flexion, rowing, biking etc. Lots of testing has been done by DC Rainmaker.
If you can, upgrade to a chest strap.
@followerofchrist12 To be fair, the spectators are weather hardened locals, we dress for it. I spent ages laughing my ass off at the guys getting topless for the snatch workout. Ultimate display of ego lifting.
