    @jesusisking1 Girl, 1 pound is noticeable on me! When I went from 126 to 125 I was like…woah. I lift though so I have a lot of muscle definition hiding 😂 Yes though - it’s significant on us short girls!

    @mon4thelord How are you tracking your foods/calories? I can attest in my own journey that weighing foods to the gram on a food scale was a game changer. It really is all about calories in and calories out. So if you’re already tracking to the gram, you might need to move more during the day...

    I’m lost!!!

    @kuysniks Everyone’s body behaves differently. You’ll have to trial and error calories and track your own results. Take measurements. Don’t rely on the scale. Bulking and then cutting is the fastest way to progress but the nature of bulking can and often does add fat in addition to muscle.

    @woollybear I dunno. I don’t drink pre-mixed anymore due to the thickeners and use oat milk without them.

    @woollybear Try cutting the shakes. They have crappy thickeners that cause bloating (carrageenan). I’m the same way and had to cut them out completely and it made a huge huge difference. I started leaning back out quickly.

    @gotquestion Are you doing slow concentrated reps or flying through? Mine are usually 3-4 blocks with the first block being a big compound move with an accessory move. Reps vary. 4 sets on that first block and 3 sets on blocks 2, 3 and 4. Total tine is 45-50 minutes. i do some brief stretches...

    @indent It’s up to you. I will say the scale stalls when you lift but it doesn’t mean you’re not still losing fat. I went from 148-120 and lifted the entire time. The scale moved very slowly at first (first 10 months really) but I was building muscle. Now I’m a leaner 120 than I’ve ever been...

    @theeverydaykingdom “Required to burn between 4000-6000 calories a day” for your job? What job? Not sure anyone here is equipped to answer this as this sounds extremely unusual and if it were me, I’d chat up a physician for advice.
