    @confuzn How you workout is irrelevant to decreasing your bmi, which is a measure of height and weight. To decrease it you have to decrease your weight, and the simplest way to do that is to eat less calories.

    @mumbly Lol old man test is how I put on my socks and shoes in general, minus the lace tying part. Didn't know it was a thing.

    My cardio is bad even tho I've been training for 2 years

    @makehimfirst Do more conditioning work specific to your sport. Bas Rutten's boxing rounds, either the 2 minute or the 3 minute version, come to mind. Otherwise you could look to improve your general fitness level. Things like burpees, complexes, sprints, slow and steady work, skipping, etc.

The r/fitness wiki and the r/weightroom program review archive have a ton. I have however bought a few from some whose style I wanted to try...
