@newbeginning1996 5 mins incline fast walk on a treadmill to get the HR up. Active stretching for about 5 mins. 4-5 warm up sets of light to increasing weight for my first exercise or two.
@calvinabume Well done!!! That’s no easy task and you should be proud of yourself. I’m about to hit 4 years of no drinking and the first 30 days was definitely the hardest part.
