    @danielkibby Almost guaranteed they are just making conversation. For good reason a lot of people have reservations about commenting on someone else's body. So "I see you are still lifting" is iffy.

    @ladydenise226 I know it probably doesn't feel great to get piled on, but you should take it as very very good news. If you were doing everything right and made little progress that'd be a real bummer. You've got a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear you can tap in to and make bananas gains.
