    @spiritchill $147 a month, unlimited classes, 24 hour access to the box and weight room (which is connected). Although I get a free membership because I do photo and video for the gym.

    Can you make good gains with like 6-7 hours of sleep as a beginner?

    @wishwish55 Sleep is really important. A few years ago I was sleeping for only 5 hours and not only did my gains diminish but my mental and physical health suffered as well. Despite that you can still make some significant gains, trust me. I know this from my own experience.
