@faithjoyhope Skip through the video and you'll see he changes his grip. Plus who's going to complain about that when the achievement is for fundraising?

Is 2-3 minutes between sets too long? I keep getting rude looks from guys at the gym..

@wandofgamelon I think your advice is good but at the same time, she shouldn’t have to alter her behaviour just because some guys are having a superiority complex. OP said she even sets a timer for her rests so that she’s not resting longer than her training plan recommends. If she’s resting for...

    Am I working out wrong? .... 22y/o - 5'8" - 147 Lb

@mamajaiy Starting strength build a base and chisel it out. Kids on SS forums run SS up to 1100+ big 3 totals and throw on slabs of muscle. Look up Starting Strength and The Complete Keys to progress.

Please don’t kip in your handstand push ups

@channel7 Totally agree. I started to get a pinch on the right side of my neck/shoulder blade while lower my knees for the kip. Needless to say I have stopped kipping and only do strict even though the volume I can perform is much, much less. Don't kip people you are asking for a neck injury...

I’m so tired of hearing “it’s not like they’re going to the games...”

@devonian I agree. I kinda get the sentiment in terms of the new Games qualifications ie “most the people complaining aren’t going to the games” But when it comes to judging standards It Doesn’t Matter! These open wods are benchmark workouts that should be done with the best judging standards...

    Body exercises for the obese?

@nickale Hi there! It's great to see how positive of an attitude you have. :) I think Kayla Itsines might be offering a free week trial right now for her programs. My sister-in-law is the one who has it, so not sure how much she pays for it or anything. However, Kayla's workouts start at ultra...

Issues at the gym with 2 dudes

@lilith_eve Agree that it’s totally gym dependent. My gym would deal with anything. But I’ve heard another gym in my town give a warning to someone who was being saying rascist things to another member :(

Published Article - Creatine intake for females - a lot of benefits, very little downsides (strength, depression, body composition) :)

@christiewaden Don't rush though. One study means nothing. Don't make life-changing decisions based on results that haven't been replicated several times under different conditions.

    Bodyweight Fitness Progress Chart

@jellybug78 Very nice work on this. One question/suggestion, would it be possible to link to videos in the specific exercise? This way people could just click the exercise description and readily see an example. Regardless, great work on this.
