    @unhappymale Are you tired during your workouts or during your life. If it's at all possible I would start with trying to get more sleep. No tv no PHONE no screens before bed, just straight to sleep as soon as you can. Sleep is the single greatest tool to weightless other than calorie deficit...

    @hungry_hungry_hippo My fav would be 10 am, I actually do 7am but i always lift better (most prs) at 6pm

    @patto I think we got some insight into how mentally tough/stubborn she is, lord knows she had decided she was not dropping that bar lol. You can learn to harness and temper that (when needed) but you can’t “learn” tenacity

    Anyone got a good recommendation for a bike mount thing so I can spin at home?

    Hey smarter ppl than I, with gyms closed and me being cold in Canada, any tips on what to look for in those things you mount bikes on? There seems to be a wide variety of price points, I'm wondering if the cheap 40 dollar ones are okay...
