    @sparklepaws23 Discipline > motivation. You just do it even when you don't want to. Alarm goes off, get up, work out. Motivation may get you started but dedication keeps you going.

    @kitsoni If you're gaining weight you're in calorie surplus, it's not really possible long term otherwise.
