    6-week mini cut results

    @johnacola I’m 5’2” 120lbs and while I like being this weight for the strength, this definitely gives me motivation to lose the body fat. Maybe I can do a slight cut to 115 and work on building muscle on a clean bulk back to 120.

    Roughly a year’s worth of progress: not a whole world’s difference, but I’ve come such a long way

    @esquyers I hate running, but other kinds of cardio can be more fun. Have you tried a dance class (on YouTube or something)? I look silly so I am not prepared to take a real hip hop class, but the streaming ones for 20 minutes can be really fun and help you let loose/get out of your comfort zone.
