    @jakesmith99 I'm also bad at bench. 225 kg deadlift and 102 kg bench. It's partially because my arms are quite long compared to my height. Do you also have long arms?

    @chibisensei21 I think you can put on 20 lbs of muscle. It's so much easier to put muscle back on that you lost.

    @almorra Just decrease your calorie intake by 200 pee day if your goal is losing weight. If you aren't losing weight after 1 month, decrease by another 100.

    Can we talk weight gain?

    @monoingles Nobody is gaining 7 lbs of muscle in one month. You should weight yourself at the same time of day every day for a week and take the average. Some days you are bloated and others dehydrated. My weight can fluctuate by 5 lbs in a day.
