    @iferexo This is awesome. During my college semester I was doing a 1x workout with a trainer and former client of the mindful mover. Mid may with no classes and more time I started body by rings which is 4x per week and I haven’t missed a workout since. I’m gonna try and finish the full 18 weeks...
