    @bgaskin Yeah which is why it’s full speed ahead on the tuna train. It should be flipped upside down so meat is the bottom but that’s not profitable for big farma.

    @becksblue Yeah for the random pains to go away. They’d be few and far in between but still a thing.

    @becksblue Maybe like a week and just lift to tolerance. Probably closer to 8 months maybe a year for totally pain free.

    @txthomas Honestly….skip the smart stuff and get an adjustable kettlebell, adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench. This all really depends on your budget and space but all those are very space efficient, especially if the bench is able to stand up right.
