    Deadlifts *always* hurt my lower back

    @stthomaschristian I had same problem. Just the warmup with an empty bar would hurt my back. Turns out I wasn’t using my glutes at all to deadlift. Once I figured out how to do that, no more back pain and I’ve gone from dreading to loving deadlifts.
