    @pleasesaveme I think there are two trends we see, with some of the ones we’re thinking of for this trying to get to 18 bmi or slightly below. Or people that are trying to get to a lower number, but it’s killing their mental health and probably knees to do so. When you mention dwindling down...

    @tavares Yes! This is more common than we’d hope (especially since this is petite fitness). A personal example for me, is that I’ve put on about 10 lbs weight lifting over a year and half. And I still have to work towards accepting that as a positive.

    @rod288 Yeah my leanest was not my healthiest, mentally or physically.
