    @labryan The Dutch names are some of the worse. Yes, I know our language isn't a very easy language to speak, but sometimes names wouldn't even come close to what it actually is.

    @dom77 I thought I would be able to view the content at a later time (I’m from Europe and a sleep during most of the events), I haven’t been able to find anything. I’m never paying for a ‘premium’ package again.

    @sanchez55 Also, being able to do a workout RX doesn’t mean you have to go max intensity every time. I hardly ever max out during the week, but I might do it on the weekend when I know I can relax the rest of the day.

    @sanchez55 F38. When I was able to do more workouts RX I reduced the number of CrossFit classes I did to 2-3, I replaced on with an OLY-class and I hit the Open gym twice a week for upper body strength and longer endurance pieces.

    Didn’t piss my pants!

    @gigglingtrout I have a weak pelvic floor as well. For me, I build up tension in my muscles as a ADHD-symptom, so jumping puts even more pressure on the muscles and they can’t handle that. Pelvic floor PT was a life saver for me as well.

    @mydonspace Anything that is programmed on a sunday at our gym. Sunday is the one they of the week our coaches program outside of the programming we buy. Sunday is always on the heavier/high skilled/longer side. for example: 35 min buddy AMRAP of rope climbs, HSPU, pull ups, wall balls...
