    @blessedbeyondbelief This is a pretty heartless thing to say in these times. Getting fired during a pandemic is a very harsh consequence for asking someone for their number in a non creepy way. He shouldn't have, sure, but getting fired over it is an extreme he doesn't deserve.

    @markvs Why did you give him your number? That was not a good idea. A simple no would have been enough and you shouldn't text him. Your behaviour is very misleading. I wouldn't tell the manager, you could have avoided this situation easily with a simple clear no.
