    @vinod367 Worth it if you can do it properly but I find them harder to recover from than other exercises and they feel worse to do for me. Long arms gang.

    @bort I'm a powerlifter and alway sgo as deep as I can when training. It's better for hypertrophy and feels nicer.

    @leena2016 I think it's so dumb people will say you are under-recovering and not over-training, to me all the terms are just the same way to describe 'training beyond your capacity to recover'. Whether it's one or the other is just arguing semantics.

    @fromissouri No disrespect but I think you could be a lot stronger for 2.5 years of lifting. How are you training?
