    I’m just curious what you all have done that might seem really simple/obvious but have made noticeable differences in your fitness levels. I’ve started to get back into being active and am currently running 3x a week (almost done with the C to 5K program) and am loving the benefits I’ve noticed...

    @samarami Not stupid at all! They tasted more like banana than I expected, but the peanut butter covered up most of the flavor. You could probably skip the banana if you aren't a fan and add more oats or different fruit.

    @genxjeff I thought they were very similar to normal pancakes actually. I blended the crap out of them and I have a ninja blender, so maybe that helped? They were very fluffy pancakes
