    @sandy33 Hey Man, just want to say I took you and others advice and stopped taking naps. I’ve also stopped using my phone and hr before bed and my sleeps gotten a lot better not quite 8hrs but it’s around 7 hours now. Thanks.

    I always have trouble sleeping a full 8 hrs and I feel like it’s affecting my training. I sleep anywhere between 4-6 hours a night but I do take a 1-2hr nap mid day.     @swan617 You’re gonna have to introduce some type of weights and zone 2 cardio.

    @antponetteoaks Depends on what your goals are. For sure this is along the lines of conditioning/circuit training and can help with sports. I would argue that the video isn’t intense enough though and if I were to use it for sports I would change the movement/ pattern to match the sport I’d play.
