    When to do start Semis level programming?

    @dukeofwa I’d just focus on quarters for now. I know a handful of semifinal athletes and they mop the floor with me big time and my lifts are right at yours and my 24.1 time is within 7 seconds of yours. Thats what I’m doing at least, as it’s really not even close.

    RPM Speed Rope Session 4.0 vs. Froning SR-1F Speed Rope 2.0

    @princeandqueens94 I went from the Froning SR-1F to an RPM Session and literally could do double unders instantly. Not even exaggerating, the RPM is so much "quicker" and smooth that I just had them.
