Day 4 - 5,4,4,3,2
Day 5 - 5,5,4,3,2
Rest day
Day 7 - 6,5,4,3,2
Day 8 - 6,5,4,3,3
And so on and so on till you get to 9,9,8,7,6 over the course of 30 days!
