    @babychristian10 It is definitely on the high side but not unheard of. Anyone with a large following is going to be able to charge a premium. Just depends on what it's worth to you.

    @moonmonkey I think I prefer"goblin squat" 😆 But I agree with the other comments, I would be doing 3 full body workouts or if not, an upper, lower, full body split would make more sense than how it's broken up now.
