    @tyforjesus77 A lumberjack 😂 I’m 5’1. I know my picture may look a little deceiving based off the angle. I’m not the best at taking pictures and I didn’t really have anything to help keep my phone up at a more level position 😅

    @jakeranco I had the 5-50lbs adjustable dumbbells. But I mostly stuck with 15-30lbs for the most part. Never went too heavy, just wanted to get the proper form down. Then I would just increase the reps when I thought it was too easy.
