    @sharonrhoover I did Manion RX (from the rack) once and I couldn’t really walk for the next 3 days. It was a big wake up call to me that these heros, except for the exceptional athletes, are mostly just a challenge that ultimately hurts your fitness.

    @puttincomputers Right. Good boxes will be around, shitty ones will fail. This isn’t even close to a new situation and I would argue is less common today that 5 yrs ago during the massive expansion of the brand.
