    @billard Add dried fruit, nuts, granola, seeds. Anything that has dense but healthy calories. Dates filled with peanut butter are one of my favorites.

    @dawn16 If it's just lactose I can do yogurt but the skyr has too high a milk protein content. I love it but I had to feed it all to my kids.

    @porcelainrose -creating things. I learned to crochet when I was recovering from a surgery and it is quite meditative. I also dabble in knitting, sewing, and crochet. -growing plants. Working on planning and growing a garden is extremely rewarding for me! - reading and movies. I don't watch...
